Duly Health and Care’s physician and management leaders sought significant expansion capital to accelerate their growth and selected the private equity group of Ares Management, L.P. (NYSE: ARES), a global alternative asset management firm as their partner in August 2017. After Ares approached Guidon Partners about a potential co-investment, Bill Goss and Tim McDonald joined the Ares diligence effort, assessed the market opportunity and recommended co-investing, which was endorsed by the Guidon Partners Investment Committee. Bill Goss was appointed to the Duly Health and Care Board of Directors.
