Payment Integrity and Cost Containment Solutions
Valenz provides mission-critical payment integrity and cost containment solutions to counteract the rising cost of healthcare for small and mid-sized employers. Third-party administrators, carriers and a broad network of brokers engage the Company to reduce costs and retain surplus for their self-funded employer customers. Valenz has developed a suite of cost containment solutions that are purchased together or separately including out-of-network claims repricing, large claim bill review and utilization/care management. In winter 2023, Kelso & Company approached Guidon Partners about a co-investment opportunity in Valenz based on its partners’ deep experience administering self-funded health plans. Upon closing, Kelso appointed Kevin Ruth to Valenz Health’s Board of Directors.
